As the end of the year approaches and 2026 comes into view, it feels like the right moment for a bit of reflection.
I’d like to take you along through our past, our present and our future — and I promise you: it’s worth the read.

How we make a difference
Some time ago, at a networking event, I was asked how we differentiate ourselves from other AV companies.
Not an easy question — because it’s not something you can easily capture on paper.
The honest answer is simple: by how we work.
DiverZe is not a large, rigid organisation. But thanks to our short communication lines, we guarantee a personal approach, fast decision-making and a level of quality that reaches far beyond our national borders. And yes — we’re genuinely proud of that.
We simply bring the right tools, knowledge, experience and a healthy dose of stubbornness to make your project a real success.
We don’t do stadium-sized productions… but you’ll still find us there 
We regularly support larger AV companies, both short- and long-term — for example during mega productions or when they secure large installation contracts (Q-SYS, anyone? 
).
Thanks to our strong ethical principles, we never compete from the inside. Over the years, this has allowed us to build a warm, trusted network — one that you automatically benefit from when we’re involved in your project.

I’ve been active in the audiovisual sector for over 32 years.
I started my career at a leading audio/video/post-production company, where I quickly learned the ins and outs of the studio world and television production.
After becoming a full-time independent professional, I continued building a strong network — always with the same focus: approaching projects from the perspective of experience and emotion, for you, your clients and your audience.
Sofie
People person • Gentle driving force • Part-time teacher • Super mom • Wife
Sofie is a true anchor for many — both privately and professionally. With La Belle & Noir, she has built a beautiful journey over the past years.
This year alone, she:
• decorated Sweet 16 celebrations
• guided corporate team days
• organised high-end private and business dinners
• took care of artist hospitality during a festival weekend
• supported stage-related activities thanks to her background as a musician
• and even handled a jubilee reception within the medical sector
Faut le faire!
Tibo
DJ • Technician in training • Football coach • Son
We proudly introduced Tibo earlier as our working student — and he still is. He continues his studies while quickly finding his way within our world.
And you don’t have to take my word for it: the feedback comes from artists, colleagues and fellow technicians.
Besides that, he coaches the U8 football team at KV Bonheiden — a great social commitment.

The Rest & The Best
In addition to our core team, we collaborate with a pool of dozens of freelance colleagues — I like to call them “my Avengers”.
All-round specialists who help strengthen your project and prove, day after day, that 1 + 1 can genuinely equal 3.
Past
Over the past years, we’ve experienced steady and healthy growth. For us, growth is not about numbers, square meters, vehicle fleets or headcount.
We’ve mainly invested in how we work and how we approach projects — not purely from a technical angle, but increasingly from the perspective of experience and perception for you and your guests or clients.
You could say that all our dots have gradually been connected.
What I mean by that? I’ll gladly explain it over a coffee sometime 😉
Present
2025 was an atypical year — and a slow start was something we heard from many colleagues as well.
But in the end, it turned into a strong and successful year, thanks to the projects we were able to realise, and thanks to you.
Our client base continues to grow, both nationally and internationally.
A nice symbol of that growth is our Wall of Fame at the office.

Future
To keep guaranteeing our personal approach — one of our strongest assets — we’ll continue to invest in the way we work.
Our focus for the near future:
- Administrative automation, so we can spend more time on people and projects
- A fixed phone line during office hours, ensuring you always reach a real person
- IT & support improvements, currently in the final testing phase
- Credit card payments. Following frequent requests from (international) clients, credit card payments are now possible. Feel free to ask us about the conditions.
2026
2025 turned out differently than most years — but the end result was warm, strong and successful.
And for that, we’re genuinely grateful.

Year-end availability
Between December 22nd and January 4th, we’ll take a short break to recharge.
During this period, we remain available for ongoing projects and support requests.
Non-urgent inquiries, new requests or new project kick-offs will be picked up again from January 5th onwards.
That way, everything that’s running keeps running smoothly — and we’ll be fresh and sharp again for 2026.
